This is a chocolate mousse with Oreo cookies smashed up to divide the layers. It was really yummy, but really rich, so I would put them in smaller glasses next time.
This one is a recipe I got from a blog, Bakerella. As soon as I saw it I wanted to make it. She does a bunch of different versions of this, but this was wonderful. It's a red velvet cake with cream cheese. It was super easy, but REALLY messy. I will be doing them again, it all a matter of when. I have been craving them since.

Oh my goodness that looks so heavenly good what are you trying to do to me...I want to reach through the screen and just eat it! You are a very creative baker, too bad I don't live close enough for you to make it for me, but wait I think that's a GOOD thing so I don't gain my 20 pounds back!
They both look YUMMY! I love the videos of Adona! I didn't realize how much she talks. She is always so quiet when I am around. She is so cute. I can't get over her pushing the cart either...holy cow!
The Hales brought that Bakerella stuff over to our house only with white chocolate for home teaching. So yummy. Loved it and want more of it.
