This Valentine's Day I had plans for a fun dinner, with the girls. Having them help me make dinner and set the table all fancy before Dave came home. Instead I had the day off from being the Mom and had the following around my neck most of the day.
My sister's Father in Law needed someone to help work his woman's apparel booth at a convention here in Las Vegas, so I got to help people order shirts to sell at their stores. It was a ton of fun for the day and was way easier then chasing the kids around.When I go home we still wanted to do something fun for Valentine's day dinner. We went to work making Red Velvet pancakes with buttermilk syrup and strawberries. Yummy! We had a lot of fun with it and the girls really liked their heart pancakes.
