We were very excited when someone put together a 5K to raise money for some friends of ours. You can read about the Hales here. It's worth the read.
It was an amazing turn out, it just shows what amazing people the Hales are, so many people would want to help them.
They had a 5K race and the kids could ride their bike around most of the track. Dave really wanted Adona to try running as much of it as she could. She did amazing and run at least 70 percent of it with me and walked the rest. I was proud of her for sticking with it and running the last lap. Giana rode her balance with Dave as he ran. It was fun to have all the kids involve. (Bryner was pushed by Grandpa.) It was a great day!
