Galloway's Book on Running. It has been really helpful. I read about form on Tuesday and for my Wednesday run, I ran so much better and it was easier. I still had to walk a little, but it was mostly because my calves are not use to the running motion. I feel like it really helped. So those that aren't big runners, but want to be, I think it is a great resource.

Update on training
So I have been "training" for about 1 1/2 weeks now and I am so excited! I'm actually enjoying running! HA! I'm feeling good about everything. On Saturday I went to this running store and got some really nice running shoes. The owner also talked to me about getting prepared for the 1 /2 marathon and what things I need to be doing to be completely prepared. It was awesome and it really pumped me up. We also bought a double jogger, so that I can run with Adona and Gianna (the girl I baby sit). While we were at the running store we also bought a book about running. It's called
