Yoga- It starts young

Here is Adona learning some Yoga when she was just a few months old.

Now here is Adona doing her Yoga video. She asks to do it everyday, so now I have hidden the video, because I'm sick of listening to it. She will do a couple poses, but then she just watches it. My favorite pose that she does is the tree pose. I haven't been able to take a picture though, because it is a one legged pose and she can't stay in it very long. I love it and it is so cute!!
