Since Dave has been training for the Salt Lake Half Marathon, Adona has become very fascinated with running. She is always asking me if Daddy is running. Okay Dave hasn't been gone from us that much with his running, she is just obsessed with it and has often asked to go with him in the jogger. Well Dave took Adona with him to the race (I had to stay home because of some church things) and since he has decided she needs to run for herself. She loves it and just a couple weeks ago Dave and Adona ran a 5k for breast cancer. Adona didn't run herself, because of the time constraint and the crowds, but she got to run a little before leaving. I just thought it was cute with her numbers on and everything.

By the way...Dave did really well with the half marathon. He had a better time then last year by I think 40 minutes. It's amazing what a little extra training will do. Now his next goal is a triathalon.

That's awesome he ran 40 min faster than last year -- way to go Dave!! Wish we ran in it too just didn't work out this year!
