This fourth of July we were actually home, so we decided to attend the Summerlin 4th of July parade. It was fun and the girls loved it. I was a little uncomfortable sitting on the ground and was said they didn't throw candy, like at the parades I went to as a kid. The girls don't know any different though, so they just enjoyed seeing the different people and waving at them.
We did fireworks this year with family. Giana was not a fan and she would not go near any of it. As you see in the bottom left picture and right, she was hiding from them most of the time. It was kind of funny to see my daring girl scared of something. After 2 different times lighting fireworks she got use to them and was able to sit by herself and watch them.
