This year Adona totally understood her birthday. She was giving me lists of things she wanted for her birthday and things she wanted to do. It made me laugh at of how excited she was for it. (Especially since I never make a big deal out of birthdays.) She was very happy with her day though. We started it by making her a chocolate cake. She loved helping make it. It is not the prettiest thing, but it was all I was up to doing on a crazy busy day. On her list of things she wanted was a crown, so that's what she got for a cake.
To celebrate her birthday we had another dinner with Dave's family. Almost all of the family was there, so that made it so fun.
For her presents Adona got some of the princess dress up shoes and a crown. She loves them! She and Giana dress up and play princess almost every day now.
It's hard to believe our eldest is 4! She has been such a joy in our lives and we are so grateful to be her parents!
