Farmer's Market

Yesterday we went to a farmer's market. I had never gone to one here in Las Vegas, so it was really fun. It really didn't have much, but we came away with these babies.
Yeah I'm excited to cook something with them! The best part they only cost me $6.00 for both. I have paid way more for little ones at the store. Not everything was as cheap as that though, so thats why I only have these.
For those of you in Las Vegas, they have farmer's markets all over the city. The ones I know of though are Wednesday at Brent Park on Rampart and Vegas and Springs Preserve on Thursday. Both start at 4 PM until 8PM. Good luck to those that go!

I love going to Farmer's Markets. I heard the Rampart one didn't have as much veggies and fruit. Sounds like you liked it though.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will definitely look into that! It really pays to have friends who are teachers!...lol. (I've completely forgotten how to be one...lol).
How is your sister and family doing? Hika has to be like six now, right? Does she still only have two kids?
When is #2 for you? Also, aren't you just sweltering in that Nevada heat?

Oh, and whoopie for farmer's markets! They are the only places I get my fruits & veggies because supermarkets are waaaaaay too expensive!
