Well, my baby is now one! AH! I'm not ready for a toddler. HA! She has changed so much. She was born with this almost black hair that was long and now she has almost white hair, that is still the same length as when she was born! She has the same personality though, she just is able to express it better. I am so grateful for her and just love her so much! She has been such an easy and enjoyable child. She is doing some many new things and I just love being able to be home with her, to see it all.
Last Tuesday we went shopping at Jo Anne's, Adona really loves to push the cart or stroller in this case. I started with her in the stroller, but she was screaming and crying to get out, so I let her. (I know spoiled. HA!) She then started to push the stroller down the isle, so I had to direct it to hit something, so she couldn't move it forward anymore. She then left it to pick out something and put them into the stroller basket, where I was putting things I wanted to buy. I was laughing so hard. She looked like she knew exactly what she was doing and just decided to help me out. HA! So cute! It was one of those moments that I really wished I had it on video.
She did this again yesterday at Wal Mart. She was pushing the cart and saw the pop tarts, stopped the cart. Then she walked over and picked up the box and tried to put it into the cart. However she was trying to push it into the basket and couldn't figure out why it won't go in. HA!
Adona also loves to talk on the phone. She use to just play with the phone, but now she holds it up to her ear and yes "hey". HA! (I think I must say that a lot on the phone.) Yesterday I was playing with her play phone and said "Adona Grandma wants to talk to you!" She took the phone and put it to her ear and said, "Hey ge". Oh how they grow!
