While I was gone Dave bought Adona this chair. She loves it, but it broke. We returned it hoping to replace it with a safer one, but all they had were blue. So now she has a blue one. HA!! We tried to get her girly things, but it doesn't always work. She loves to sit in chairs and sometimes I catch her watching TV in it. (Adona is usually too busy playing or getting into things to watch the TV even if the show is for her.)
This last Friday we headed out to the Greek Food Festival. I had gone there one time and LOVED it, so I had been looking forward to going again. We enjoyed some good gyros and then hit the dance floor for some fun greek style dancing. HA!!
Well we were the dorks that couldn't dance it, but pretended too. Adona was really funny.
I put my little jingle belt on her and she would shake her hips to the music. Her way of dancing was to stand perfectly still watching everyone and then suddenly start dancing like crazy. It was very funny. She even put a show on at our table. She got up on the table and was dancing and laughing. I had to stand by her, because she moves her feet back and forth when she dances and she would step off the table.
The people around us stopped eating and were watching her also. My favorite thing she did though was when we were walking to the dance floor, she would stop walking and start dancing and clapping. She is quite the girl. HA! I'm looking forward to putting her into some dance classes. Maybe hula, so she and her cousin can put on shows for us. By the end of the nigth Adona was so tired from dancing and it being 8:30, she fell asleep in Dave's arms while we were still on the dance floor. (With loud music! Thats one tired girl!)
