After landing in Tonga we found we didn't have anyone waiting for us. It was fine and I wasn't too worried, I knew how to find my way to my sister's house. Right when I was about to agree to a $15 ride to my sister's, I saw that my sister and her family had arrived. Apparently most of the flights from Fiji come in later, but when they saw the plane flight over, they knew we were landing. HA!! It's so funny, because there are so few planes there, that they could tell we landed when they saw the plane in the sky.
We got to my sister's house and settled in, then headed to town to do a couple of things and get lunch. Lunch was amazing. Those that know my sisters and I; know that we love Indian food. So my sister took us to this Indian resteraunt for lunch. They had amazing Roti and Samosa. The best was this sauce they put on the samosas, I just wish I knew how to make it. It's kind of funny to hear that the best Indian food I had was in Tonga. I'm sure you wonder why. You see in Fiji there are MANY Indians, so they came from there.
This picture in on the main street of the city, or at least what I felt was the main street. We stopped there to look at a shop that had nativities. (That was the one thing I wanted to get for myself.)
Most days in Tonga were pretty laid back and it was really nice not to feel rushed at anytime. We pretty much did one main thing a day. I believe this was our main thing this day, but I can't remember if we went to the beach this day or not. I'll figure it out! HA!

How fun...Fiji is on my list of places to go so it's nice to hear such great things about it! Love the pictures!!
i can't even imagine that long of a flight with fred. and i've never heard of a bassinet.

Sounds like a good start to the trip. Can't wait to see more pics. Hika and Brandon look so big! I can't wait to see a picture of Vili now. He was so funny when we were there. Oh and I've been through the same plane trouble with Fehi...so you are not alone.
