While preparing for the camping trip with her Daddy, Adona was asked if she would want to roast hot dogs over the fire for one of the dinners. (Now understand that we don't eat hot dogs EVER because of health reasons.) Here is the conversation:
Me: Adona do you want to have hot dogs for dinner tomorrow?
Adona: Um-mm...No hot dogs make me sick. (Made a face.)
Me: Oh? Ok. What do you want for dinner tomorrow?
Adona: I don't know. Um-mm...Avocados! Avocado sandwiches, yeah!! (Jumping up and down excitedly!)
Me: Ok, what else would you want?
Adona: Cucumbers! Yeah! Cucumbers!!! (Again getting all excited!)
I couldn't help but laugh! I hope that she will always make choices like these! Now I'm headed to the store to get Avocados and cucumbers for her camp out.
