Dave really enjoyed taking his little girls on a hike a few weeks ago and decided to do it again. He plans to take them on a 10 mile two night backpacking trip this weekend up in the Sheep Mountain range, directly North of Las Vegas. This will allow me to finish some Christmas presents I am working on. So the Pine Creek hike in nearby Red Rock Canyon was a precursor training hike for the girls. It was about 3 miles and Giana was able to hike about 2 miles without being carried and Adona hiked the whole thing. They were rock star hikers taking all the rock stumbling, branch fling in the face, building an outdoor potty and trail guiding all in stride. Their Dad was very proud of them.
